Shipping, returns & privacy

Payment

We accept GCash and bank transfer. After you place an order you'll see our payment details. Please pay within 24 hours and submit your reference number and screenshot, or the order is cancelled automatically.

Shipping

We ship nationwide via J&T Express. The shipping fee is based on your province and the total weight of your order and is shown before you place the order. We ship once payment is confirmed. Typical delivery is 1–3 days within Metro Manila and 3–7 days for provincial addresses.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, opened beauty products can't be returned. If your item arrives damaged or wrong, message us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and an unboxing photo or video, and we'll replace or refund it.

Privacy

We only collect the details needed to deliver your order (name, mobile number, address and optional email) and your payment screenshot. We share your name, number and address with our courier for delivery only, and we don't sell your information. To ask about or delete your data, contact us at hello@giorgionlineshop.com.
